This project is located in Xiaowen district, the historical core of Ningbo, which is about 105HA and situated in the northwest corner of Ningbo old city, reaching North Jiefang Road to the east, West Zhongshan Road to the south, east bank of Beidou River to the west, and south bank of Yuyao River to the north. Xiaowen district has a superior geographical location where it is across the river from core area in Jiangbei, adjacent to the Tianyi Square in the east, and surrounding of the famous Moon Lake historical and cultural district and Moon Lake Park in the south. This district has obvious geographical advantages, rich historical information, active commercial atmosphere and strong life sense. It’s the top priority how to properly handle the relationship between heritage protection and urban development.
