The project base spans a large span with different functional zones. The plan is divided into three cores: tourism and vacation core, border trade and commercial core and coffee theme core. The design relies on the Red River, connects the riverside scenery belt and the functional series axis, connects the base together, and "stitches" various functions together, thus forming a beautiful environment where mountains and rivers blend.The designer aims to create an industrial resource integration platform with Kafelaku coffee culture as its unique gene, product display, and economic and trade cooperation; to create a cultural, travel, and business characteristic town featuring cultural exchanges and experiential tourism between China and Vietnam; A free trade demonstration zone based on the "Belt and Road" initiative and led by international border trade.
